The 45 Day Cash Challenge was great!

– …[the coach] wanted us to think of a dollar amount that would blow our socks off if we could make that in the next 45 days. Rachael always trained me to think in terms of closings rather than dollar amounts because we cannot always control the price range our buyers are in, but we can go convert leads to buyers with passion! This was such a great motivator and challenge! With the tips and positive energy this goal. So I thought to myself, ‘How many buyers in escrow would be amazing and challenging to me over the next month and a half?’ I decided that 10 new buyers in escrow by the first part of December would be awesome and challenging – a GREAT finish to a good year. Well, I hit 11 new escrows on Dec 2nd! I will close 48 this year! I have 43 closed already and I have 5 in escrow that are set to close in 2015! Plus I already have 2 set to close the first week of January. Last year I did set a goal of 48 closings for 2015 and I wanted to hit $15M in sales. I will be just $29k short of that total, but I feel like … coaching and the challenge set in front of me in October really focused my energies so that I was able to exceed what I thought was a challenging prospect in the final quarter of the year that is normally a slower time for our market.
